This delightful restaurant is above the temporary Louis Boston, that's now in South Boston. But it certainly doesn't feel temporary. Overlooking the water, with two clever banquettes facing the water for twosomes, this spot serves up unbelievable salads (we liked the radishes, the beets and the roasted fennel and citrus) alongside a superior oyster po' boy (for which they're known), a lovely mushroom- tofu burger and the requisite PEI mussels (but done with fennel). There's also wonderful cheeses and desserts (we liked the bread pudding best, with the shortcake a close second) and home-made drinks of iced tea and lemonade. All the kinds of easy eating and farm fresh ingredients you'd expect from a spot that is above the best shop in town. They also do live music which could be one of the reasons that folks such as Usher have popped in.
