This is the toughest reservation in Vegas. The spot named for the hotel developer who made Wynn is headed up by chef David Walzog who brings his touch to the classic American 280+ seat steakhouse. There's a view of the hotel's pond and the usual cuts of meat. For those who didn't come for the beef (though we can't understand why you'd be here if not for that), there's also lobster roll on brioche, pan roasted veal, Scottish salmon and herbed lamb. All tasty, just not as good as the house focus.
