There are so many Nobus, who can keep count. Nobu New York, Matsuhisa L.A. and Aspen, Nobu London on and on. And they vary a bit in quality, too. We had low expectations for this one because it is so far inland, but we were surprised. Guess they're Concording it from the Pacific coast.
