The old North is born as Hyde from Sam Nazarian and Brent Bolthouse. Super tiny, it comes with a super exclusive policy. Even the valet knows this and doesn't take your car away till they know they don't have to bring it back so you know when they take your car straight off, that all is good for you. We like the tables where everyone looks good in the gold lighting on the faux crocodile seating. As part of their new partnership with chef Katsuya Uechi, his eats are available here also and while there's not always drama here, there is plenty of networking to be done.
