In the old Aqua Day Spa location, Exhale (which has spots in Boston, Chicago and New York) has opened a 15,000 foot massage, sauna, steam and treatment centre. The craniosacral therapy (not as scary as it sounds but more like a great head rub) and the Thai massage are our bets when we're here in Santa Monica. Note of caution though, if you don't like eucalyptus, this is not the place for you as the essence is pumped into the steam rooms.
