An unremarkable restaurant and bar in, of all things, a strip mall. Except for the fact that they inherited the classic Saturday party Poplife when the District shut down. Since 1999, the locals have been eating, drinking, lounging to punk, British alternative and indie rock tunes at the weekly event that gets good when it's late. Utterly casual, no attitude from either the staff or partgoers, the crowd here looks like they all shopped at Forever 21 so leave the gold chains and Manolos at home.
