The delightful Cuban Japanese New York restaurant Sushi Samba goes South. A bit saucy, a bit disco, a bit samba (of course), a lot Japanese, this sushi joint with a tribute to all things Cuban (beans, salsa, tiraditos, entradas) is perfect in Miami where everything is already a beachy pastel party. It doesn't hurt that they perfected the mojitos before opening.
