From Robert Pascal (La Voile Rouge in Saint Tropez) , the who's who of Miami are flocking to this so- called members only beach club. It seems to want to be like St Tropez and in some ways it is with the Hotel Costes tracks always playing and the live DJs, but with parties like the Ocean Drive mag, sometimes it's a lot more Baywatch than Riviera.
