We're about to find out what a magazine writer can do with a late- night restaurant space. Jacquelynn Powers (Ocean Drive mag) and her BF Michael Pasqualini's 4000 square foot lounge- restaurant is the former Chrysanthemum and Fico Key West at 12th. The space "wave" in Italian, is blue and creme as a nod to their oceanic theme. Opened just eight short days after they posted an ad hiring for "all spots", they've snatched up Kerry Simon (Simon's Kitchen & Bar in Las Vegas, Blue Star, Max's South Beach, Starfish) as consulting chef to create an "American style tapas menu" which they hope will draw in the late night munchy types.......Hmmm, and we always thought Spanish tapas would be perfect in Miami
