It's inexpensive noodle and BBQ from Top Chef's Jeff McInnis in what is kind of an Asian-Southern fusion. The can't miss are the buns which come in the traditional roast pork but also in pulled chicken and beef brisket. There's noodle and rice bowls such as the red curry seafood coconut and basil bowl; as well as grilled fishes and a delicious short rib meatloaf. Not only is this spot inexpensive but it stays open till 5AM on weekends.
