Designed by a team led by Theodore Pagano and Lucie Palmer, this loft space in a landmark building is meant to evoke old New York with its exposed brick. After Felix Brutter of Funk This introduced them, co-owners Marc Carnevali and Bugsy Lyudmir's bi-level space snagged the hosting rights of the Premiere Magazine Film & Music Lounge - the most sought after gathering during Tribeca Film Festival. Parties for flicks "Stage Beauty", "24th Day" and "The Last Goodbye" brought in Mario Van Peebles, Scott Speedman, Suzanne Vega, Eva Mendes, Claire Danes, Laura Harring, David Duchovny, Tea Leoni, Billy Crudup, Robert DeNiro to check out the gorgeous wood-accented lounge.
