This one's for the youngins. And by that we mean hipsters in their early, early twenties. A former candy store just below Canal that still sells Milk Duds and other movie theatre favourites, this bar is from the owners of Welcome to the Johnsons. So now you know what to expect. A pseudo dive bar for those who think it's cool to hang out at the dive- du- jour. To be honest that ruins it's credibility a bit as a true dive, but since we are all about image round these parts, we're not discriminating. Picture plastic banquettes where celebs like MK and Ashley get into local DJs and Ramones on the jukebox while swilling two buck Genessee Cream Ale and Bud Lite (if it were just a plain old dive, it would be Schlitz or PBR, wouldn't it?) from happy hour till 4 am.
