Wow. In all the years we've been eating out and doing the martini scene, we've never seen a restaurant as tight as this just a few weeks out. It has everything. The front lounge is off the charts. Roberto Clemente. Martha Stewart. Puffy. Jay Z. Ivana Trump. Kenneth Jay Lane. It's sleek, comfortable, with tons of seating room while not being cavernous. The menu is a foodie's menu without being too big dining. From the pan roasted pork chop with arroz con gandules to the tamarind lobster jalapeno salad to the petit media noches. Perfect. We never doggie bag but this time we just were not leaving anything behind! So the nosh is amazing, the scene has arrived, but what makes this place so incredible is that any one could be happy here. Oliver Stone's mom. Atlantic Records' pres. Even sports guys like Posada. There was a mother daughter birthday party for forty people and everyone was festive. Jimmy hooks you up personally like you are at home. And oh, the martini? Flawless.
