Frank Prisinzano of Frank's (which all NY insiders know is too small for words) is not as well known, but the warm farmhouse feel of Supper, his sophomore effort, and the perfect daily risottos, fennel salad, flown- in- fresh mozzarella and tomato is absolutely divine. A list with some of the best Barolo, Nebbiolo and Montepulciano's we've ever had rounds out this star- deserving spot. They don't take ressies so just be forewarned that if you tell too many people about our secret new fave, you'll never get a table again! |
