Ex BondSt vets Ken and Ben Lau have the kitchen at this Lower East Side sushi spot. Despite being tiny, this spot could succeed if for no other reason than there's no sushi down here! But Suzanne Lai's spot (she's wife to Ken and bank controller by day), modern Cube 63 is actually quite good. With omakase less than than the menus they use to work at Otabe and BondSt, the friendly friendly staff makes for a nice fresh fish experience.
