Why is it that every single person thinks they can cook Chinese? Truth is good Chinese isn't chicken with broccoli. We're pained at the opening of this spot. Would you believe that an Italian would have the best Chinese spot in town? Unfortunately the legendary man behind such greats as Frank and Supper, Frank Prisinzano seems to think he can claim the title. An open kitchen with high flames and East Village kitsch does not Chinatown replace. We'll stick with the real thing just a few blocks South.
