We're always in search of a good oyster. It would seem like this wouldn't be hard to find in NYC but it is. So when we heard that BLT Steak owners were doing BLT Fish, our hands were, bad joke coming, clammy with anticipation. Chef Laurent Tourondel's BLT Fish is oysters, clams, periwinkles, King Crab legs, Maryland crab cakes, New England clam chowder, Mediterranean fish Soup and a host of our favourite condiments – Old Bay, hot sauce, vinegar and more. There is the expected BLT ... with seared tuna. And also grilled fish with Hollandaise, salsa or tartar sauce. Almost as if you were really in New England there's also corn on the cob and berry bread pudding to finish it all off. Stick a hook in us, we're done.
