From the Barking Dog’s John Hawkins (London’s Hippodrome and Miami’s La Volcanic, Bruni) and chef John Kaunus (the legendary Arizona 206) is this steakhouse located within the Dylan Hotel. The Chemist Club makes good use of the space that briefly was Britney Spears hideous attempt at cuisine by turning the 75 seat ballroom-like space into a good after work spot. We like the All- American Caviar Tasting plate to share, the Tower of Seafood, and the Ploughman’s Plate of cheeses and cured meats. Because it’s John, of course there’s also brunch.
