Who knew so many things could be made with tea? Dawn Cameron did. In her 40 seat cork dining room, she brings to life experiences she had going to spice markets with her father by serving up some 80 different kinds of tea and a tapas menu of tea- infused or paired with tea selections as organic green salad in smoked tea vinaigrette, Indochine black tea duck, Lychee Tea black cod, and our favourite, the green tea rice crispy treats. Even those who don't love tea might have some fun here discovering what has been a 5000 year tradition. A for- purchase wall of goodies such as spices (chili pepper rooibos, smokey black T dust and our fave, the addictive citrus white T dust with Kaffir lime) allows the diner to take home this creative salon's experimental essence.
