We've been waiting for Raymond Visan (Paris' Barfly, Barrio Latino and Buddha Bar) to open this restaurant for so long we've had a new mayor, our social security kicked in and we now use a walker. It was supposed to open in 01 then 02 and still no. IF it ever opens, will some one tell us please, we'll see if we can get our wheeling chair over there to check it out.
